About Us
Dedicated to the longevity of the Buddha Sasana, the Sarana Wimala Gilaana Bhikshu Upasthana Padanama was established on March 09, 2024, as a charitable institution providing care filled with love, compassion, and treatment for monks suffering from physical and mental illnesses. Located in the Kendaliyaddapaluwa area of Gannemulla, this sacred ground operates with the noble objective of bequeathing a virtuous, disciplined, and healthy generation of monks to the Supreme Buddha Sasana, by providing not only physical healing but also mental solace to ailing monks. The Sarana Wimala Gilaana Bhikshu Upasthana Padanama primarily operates the following services for the welfare of sick monks:
